| Acoustic Open Mic every Monday!
Every Monday night from 8 PM to 11 PM, consisting of 10 to 15 minute time slots. Come on in or call a few days before to sign up and reserve a spot. The sign up sheet stays out all week and fills up quickly! You can sign up as far out as a month in advance to play.
You will need an acoustic original song or three. The favorites of the Monday Open Mic performances are selected by different neighborhood friends each week, representing the "People of Portland." Encore Performances!
The top three favorites of the night automatically receive a paid gig for an encore performance. This encore performance will take place Tuesday night of the next following week (eight days after the Open Mic).
9 Muses Semi-annual Songwriter “Inspirational” Showcase
And . . . here’s the really good part . . . the favorite of each Monday night will be invited to a semi-annual 9 Muses Songwriter "Inspirational" Showcase. The winner of this showcase event will receive a $1,000 CASH PRIZE!!!!!!! And spots selected radio stations.
